Returns Policy

You are welcome to return or exchange products, subject to the following conditions.

Domestic Orders

Contact must be made with Dreamy Kidz before you attempt to return products

Request a Return 

within 10 days of original dispatch

Return is received back by Dreamy Kidz

within 21 days of original dispatch

Who pays outbound postage?

Customer (Except in case of incorrect products supplied by Dreamy Kidz or items deemed faulty)

Inspection by Dreamy Kidz prior to refund

Products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Original packaging and tags intact
  • Resalable, in undamaged packaging

These products are not eligible for return (Except in case of incorrect product supplied by Dreamy Kidz)

Due to Government Health Regulations

  • All bedding related products (including brolly sheets, quilts, mattress toppers & protectors, pillows & pillow protectors)

International Orders

Accept in the case of the incorrect items sent by Dreamy Kidz we do not accept refunds for change of mind purchases due to the cost of freight. Please choose carefully.

Dreamy Kidz provides the best possible images available to accurately depict the colour of a product. We are mindful different screens may show varying colours however returns based on colour variants are not acceptable.

We check all orders before dispatch and only non-fragile items are selected for international delivery.
