How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate standard ($9.95) and express ($15.95) on most items. Some of our items are large and therefore we cannot offer express. If express is an option it will be shown at checkout.

My item has not arrived yet, what do I do?

First step should be to check the tracking. Parcels can take a few days and in some cases, eg International and Remote orders, longer to arrive. If you still have queries contact us via our Contact Us page or dreamykidzaus@gmail.com.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Afterpay and Paypal.
