COVID-19 - We are dispatching as usual however deliveries are taking just that bit more time to arrive due to backlogs and reduced flights.
International deliveries - International deliveries are delayed especially parts of Europe. We use Australia Post for all international deliveries - please check the Australia Post website for the latest processing times.
Track Your Order - Once we ship your goodies tracking details will be sent to your email and/or mobile were you have provided your number on checkout.
Please also check your ‘others’ or ‘junk’ folders in the event it is sent there.
Delivery Time Frames - The majority of orders accept bulky items like bikes and furniture are dispatched from Sydney.
Delivery times for NSW, major cities and their surrounds are generally 2 days. For other states and regional areas allow up to 6 days.
Shipping timeframes are an estimate and depend on the number of business days from the day of dispatch and type of postage chosen.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are packed daily and sent same day depending on time of purchase (due to demand some weekend orders Monday maybe an exception)
- Allow 2 days for dispatch of bulky items (i.e. bikes, furniture)
- Tracking details will be sent to your nominated email and mobile number where one was provided at checkout.
- In some instances large items being delivered to rural/locations may require a freight quote (these items do not qualify for flat rate shipping)
Flat rate shipping Australia wide $9.95 (excluding bulky items and furniture).
Freight for international orders are calculated based on location and weight (international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable).
Once your order has been shipped, Dreamy Kidz can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. Dreamy Kidz is not responsible for the replacement of orders where an incorrect shipping address is provided.
